Yoga Nidra w/Reiki

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique done laying down in Savasana (corpse pose). The practice uses body scanning, breath awareness and imagery to induce deep relaxation, freedom and ease. This practice is a form of “conscious sleep” where the physical body is deeply asleep , but the mind remains awake, yet still relaxed.

In this 60 minute class, the blissful state of relaxation allows us to tap into the unconscious and subconscious levels of the mind and release patterns that are held deep within and recalibrate the nervous system by relaxing into parasympathetic mode. The deeper your breath and more relaxed you become, the deeper your experience of life becomes. Incorporating Reiki heightens and beautifully supports this practice, taking it to a new level.

It is said that an hour of Yoga Nidra may be equivalent to four hours of sleep!
