One on One Personal Training:
Why go to the gym on your own and flounder when you can partner with me and flourish? I will figure out what makes you tick and design workouts that bring results and keep you from burning out or giving up. I believe in meeting the client where they are and then challenging them to get to the next level. It is my goal that every person that works with me builds enough confidence in their body and mind to participate in any fitness related activity they desire.
Small Group Training:
I hate to play favorites, but... I LOVE training small groups! Get your own tribe together or let me play match maker. Nothing motivates people more than a great playlist, like minded peers and a trainer that has cracked the code on having just enough fun that you ALMOST forget you are working out. Innovative equipment, partner work and group activities make the hour fly by. Best of all, working out as a group makes having a trainer more affordable.
Group Fitness Instruction:
There is something about the combination of the incredible people I attract into my community, the right music and a well planned session that often culminates with a relay race or a team activity that makes this a killer way to get a workout in and is the most affordable option to get a piece of me.
