Reiki energy healing is a Japanese method which involves the practitioner placing their hands on or just above you in a series of positions. These hand positions in conjunction with positive intention and the use of sacred symbols activate a relaxation response at a very deep level and promote re-balancing by creating an environment where your mind, body and spirit can begin to heal themselves.
